Human Resource Management department one of the pioneer department of Business Administration Faculty. It is the first department of Bangladesh in any other public university, started its academic activities 2010-2011 session. The main objective of this department is to create world class leader in the business sectors. The introduction of four year undergraduate programme makes it compatible with the international requirement of 16 years regular study for graduation. The Department of HRM offers undergraduate and post graduate programme for the brilliant students with clear commitment to develop knowledge and understanding of the theoretical concepts which are required in the practical circumstances. HRM department offers four years integrated BBA and MBA Program. Moreover, the department will offer in future M.Phil and Ph.D degrees. All the degree programmes offered by the Department are conducted by a number of highly qualified and foreign trained academic personnel to make the degree programme successful. All the faculty members of the department are actively engaged in research either individually or in teams. The multi dimensional academic background of the teaching staff and their research activities and its dynamic course curriculum has made it a foremost department of the Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University.
